Es a su vez el esfuerzo cient\u00edfico m\u00e1s grande, liderado por astr\u00f3nomas\/os de Chile, en el \u00c1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El CATA engloba un grupo multidisciplinario de profesionales que desarrolla 7 \u00c1reas de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica: Cosmolog\u00eda y Formaci\u00f3n de Galaxias, Agujeros Negros Supermasivos y Fen\u00f3menos Energ\u00e9ticos, Galaxias, Poblaciones Estelares, Formaci\u00f3n de Estrellas y planetas, Exoplanetas y Astrobiolog\u00eda y Astrof\u00edsica Te\u00f3rica.
