Adem\u00e1s, es investigador asociado en el Centro de Modelamiento Matem\u00e1tico (CMM) y director cient\u00edfico del Laboratorio Nacional de Computaci\u00f3n de Alto Rendimiento (NLHPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su principal \u00e1rea de investigaci\u00f3n es la teor\u00eda de la probabilidad, en particular el c\u00e1lculo estoc\u00e1stico, el movimiento browniano, la teor\u00eda del potencial y las distribuciones cuasi-estacionarias. Tambi\u00e9n trabaja en an\u00e1lisis de matrices y sus conexiones con la probabilidad.
